Smoke free: following local regulations, smoking is not allowed in all indoor areas. Guests are subject to fines and fees related to blocking rooms for dehumidification and cleaning, in case of failure to comply with the smoke-free rule.

Personal and valuable items liability: The hotel provides a safety box on each room at no cost; therefore, the hotel is not responsible for damaged or missing items within the room and the hotel.
